Our Early Childhood Intervention Key Worker model ensures children with developmental needs—and their families—receive tailored, consistent support. Our approach is rooted in the NDIS Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) framework and focuses on simplifying access to services while delivering high-quality, family-centred outcomes.
A Key Worker is a qualified early childhood professional—such as an occupational therapist, speech therapist, or early educator—who acts as your main contact. This relationship helps families navigate services, reduces confusion, and ensures your child’s development is supported across all areas of daily life.
Our Key Workers collaborate closely with families and other support professionals to develop and embed effective strategies into home and community routines. From meal times to play, their role is to work within the child’s everyday environment to build skills and confidence.
As part of our model, we prioritise working in partnership with you, while integrating support from other specialists when needed, ensuring your child receives holistic and consistent care.
