We ensure the assessment’s purpose and scope are clearly defined, conducted in the participant’s preferred environment, and completed within an agreed timeframe.
Our team of Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists at Dynamic Allied Health Services is trained to perform objective assessments, using standardized tools when necessary. We evaluate the individual’s:
Daily functioning and support needs
Vocational and community participation
Personal goals and aspirations
The assessment process includes:
✅ Face-to-face evaluation
✅ Consultation with relevant parties (with consent, where needed)
✅ A detailed report for the participant and NDIA
